About
OtisIO is the all-in-one platform for running a UK workforce. It brings scheduling, time and attendance, timesheets, payroll, HR, tasks and more into one app, so managers stop juggling spreadsheets, group chats and half a dozen separate tools.
SCHEDULING
- Build and publish rotas in minutes, with templates and repeating shifts
- Fill open shifts, manage swaps and let staff set their availability
- See who is working, and where, at a glance
TIME AND ATTENDANCE
- Staff clock in and out from their phone, with the location recorded on every punch
- Or clock in on a shared tablet with face recognition, or by tapping an NFC point on site
- Breaks, overtime and rounding are applied automatically to your rules
TIMESHEETS AND PAYROLL
- Approve hours in a couple of taps, with a full audit trail
- Export straight to payroll and to Xero, with overtime priced correctly
- No re-keying hours between systems
TASKS AND OPERATIONS
- Assign tasks and checklists with photo proof and due dates
- Build forms, SOPs and documents, and collect sign-off
- Job and ticket workflows for work that needs tracking
PEOPLE AND HR
- Onboarding that assigns people to sites and collects their details
- Right-to-work and document checks, certifications and expiry reminders
- Time off, holiday allowances and UK bank holidays
AND MORE
- Expenses with receipt capture and approvals
- Equipment and asset sign-out, with digital hand-over agreements
- Project time tracking and client billing
- Reports on hours, attendance and cost
Whether you run one site or many, OtisIO gives everyone, from the office to the front line, one app they actually open.

1.1.0
August 6, 2026
Photos now work everywhere in the app. Selfie clock-in, face enrolment, your profile picture, feedback attachments and expense receipts all upload reliably, and photos are shrunk on your phone before they are sent so they go through quickly even on a weak site signal. Also in this release: - Dates and times follow your workplace's timezone rather than the server's, so shifts and timesheets read correctly wherever you are. - Clocking in respects the setting for each site, and tells you plainly when self-service clocking is switched off there. - A punch that gets rejected now says so instead of quietly disappearing. - Stability fixes throughout, including a crash on the home screen.
