About
OtisIO Kiosk turns a shared tablet at the entrance into a fast, secure clock-in point for your team.
CLOCK IN WITHOUT PHONES
- Staff clock in and out on the shared device: no personal phone needed
- Recognise a face in a second, or fall back to a personal PIN
- Every punch flows straight into OtisIO timesheets
FACE RECOGNITION THAT RESISTS CHEATING
- On-device face matching keeps biometric data on the tablet
- A live blink check stops a held-up photo from clocking someone in
- Set it up per site: face, PIN, or both
BUILT FOR REAL SITES
- Works on the wall by the door, the site cabin, or the front desk
- Keeps working with patchy signal and syncs when it is back
- Pairs to your workspace in seconds with a one-time code
OtisIO Kiosk is part of the OtisIO workforce platform: rotas, clock-in, timesheets, payroll, tasks and HR in one place.

What's New in OtisIO Kiosk
1.2.2
September 6, 2026
The camera preview is fixed. On iPad the clock-in camera could come up black on every screen; it now starts reliably. Turning an iPad on its side shows a clear "turn the screen upright" message again, rather than leaving the kiosk sideways with no explanation. Face framing is less fussy. The ring no longer asks you to move when your face is already inside it. Faster, steadier guidance while somebody lines up their face, and clearer wording when a scan needs a manager to approve it.
