I redownloaded this because it claimed there was a special rare for autism acceptance day. It said 76% off..when I clicked on it, that translated to $59.99 a YEAR… I would pay maybe HALF of that for a LIFETIME pass. This is not something I would ever buy with this pricing set up. Ever.

App constantly freezes

This app is not stable. Every time my son used it, within 20 minutes it would freeze. There are dozens of other similar apps that do not freeze, so just go with one of those instead of this poorly designed app.

This app has so many bugs that my kids can’t enjoy it. I’m constantly having to restart it. Not worth paying for, unfortunately!

Charged full price on 6 day trial!!!

I’m soo upset!!! It said 7 day trial, same day i signed up for the free trial i was charged full price!!!! I want my money back

No customer support

Been trying to reach them for several weeks now. No responses. DO NOT BUY THIS APP. It malfunctions less than 24hrs after buying a years subscription and the company won’t answer you back when you reach out for help. NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR FRUSTRATION.

This application constantly crash on video

This application constantly crash on video sequences rending the application un praticable. I really you’ll have like a refund.

Dans les apprentissages de l’orthographe des raisins sont montré en image et au vocale mais le mot orthographié est raison… trop mouvais.

Impossible to get any assistance from the support

I have subscribed to a year plan, but for some reason I can not connect the app anymore « unrecognized token » on the iPad.
Impossible to get a solution. A useless chatbot suggests inefficient solutions, and despite my emails to the support team there is still no solution. And now my child can’t use the app. It is very disappointing.

¡Hola! Puedes utilizar las aplicaciones de Otsimo en hasta 3 dispositivos, pero sin duda debes iniciar sesión con el mismo método. También puedes crear varios perfiles con la misma cuenta. Si tienes cualquier otro problema, ponte en contacto con nosotros en support@otsimo.com.

For children with low vision, there should be sound on this app, saying and repeating the words and instructions.

Don’t Download

BEWARE. Took $140 from my account INSTANTLY. Supposed to be a free trial. Deleting my card from apple. This is not the first time. I’m so annoyed. This is a lot of money to many us. Apple ignoring the whole situation cancelling all refund requests. No reason. No refund. Hopefully the developer will do the right thing. UPDATE. Emailing Developer doesn’t help. Its a bot that only tells you reasons why you may have been charged. But no way to get a resolution. Also APPLE KEEPS DELETING MY REVIEW

Not for older asd kids

For much younger then a 6 year old high functioning. More for toddlers or very basic communication ability. Need to be clear what age range and ability.

Denied a refund!!!

So I requested a refund as soon as I seen that I was charged for premium. I requested apple to give me a refund and they denied it. We only used the app for maybe an hour and I believe it was within the 2 day period. Anyways a disputed the decision and it came back refused?!!! Now they are telling me I can’t dispute it once more and that I have to contact the developer. Well the developer says it’s in apples hands. I want my $135 back. This isn’t a app that will suit my sons needs and I’m a single parent….

Rip off stay away

I got this app for my granddaughter who has autism to try and I was never notified that I was going to get charged. The application can’t be used on more than one device. I only put it on my phone so she could try it and then I would put it on her iPad that we are getting for her as she rarely has access to my phone and there is no warning that it can only be used on 1 device even though she is the only one that would ever use it. No matter what device it is on.

Ripoff!!!

aimed 2 autistic toddlers not 2 older autistic people like me and many others and obviously made by an allistic.

im assuming its made for younger kids like toddlers cause of the childish theme and the very easy math like “ 4 + 1 “ that i saw on the photos and stuff so its most likely made for younger autistic peole

Can’t login.

I am a blind an autistic person that uses this app and I cannot log into Apple account because it will not let me login. When I try to login to my account, it says that my login has failed even though the information is correct. Tried to sign in through other names and it won’t let me and I’ll just load and won’t go in. When I tried to do forgot password to reset my password, it says it sent the email but it does not send the email at all. oh my house staff looked at it and let me know that it kept buffering and buffering and the stupid screen just kept loading and loading and when I would leave it would tell me to move onto the next step when I already tried doing that it won’t let me. Please help!
