very buggy and annoying
the app is always crashing and i can never even do the quizzes cuz it just gets stuck on the learning module and i have to close out the app entirely just to even get back to the dashboard
Not optimized very well
App is not optimized very well for iPhone 16 pro max. Buttons on bottom are too close to bar at bottom of iPhone. Courses go to a blank white page when you tap the exit button after successfully completing a course. There is no back buttons in the app to exit pages. This app needs A LOT of work!

Wonderful App
Menus can be a tad confusing, but over all leaps and bounds better than old Otter Rewards program that could only be accessed via website. Very cool that you can now earn rewards not only from selling otter products but also by learning about them in the app!
Terrible App
Otter rep came into my T-Mobile store telling me I should try the app and that it’s easy to use, fast and efficient way of training. It is none of these, problems from starting videos, to trouble to doing surveys. I’m unable to do a survey for an activity because the drop down menu doesn’t work, and THERES 5 DROP DOWNS that need to be filled out. Wasted 20 minutes of my life trying to get the app to work, so I deleted it. Never downloading again, waste of my time
