Get the app first
I wife and I were considering joining this credit union, without in mind, I attempted to put the app on my phone and my iPad. My problem is that my phone is a dinosaur and it won’t let me put the app on my phone. It’s not capable of it.! Maybe I’ll leave my credit union, maybe I won’t! My existing credit union their app says current with my phone I do not have to spend $1500 for a new phone to make it work!

Horrible bank - probably a scam
Completely screwed me over when I deployed in the military. They told me I had all my payments squared away prior to deployment, but they charged me 1 cent interest during my deployment, and then sent me to collections for that single cent. Even after calling them and explaining to multiple managers my situation, they told me it was my fault for not understanding interest. That 1 cent really screwed my credit score since they chose to pursue it snd try to get interest on it.
Not only that but my personal information has been leaked twice from this bank and they have no contact information listed online to tell them about it. Even the social media links on their website lead nowhere. They do not want you to contact them.

New UI looks good but is confusing
Fresh new look but makes the app annoying to use…
Won’t open
Ever since the update 2 days ago the app will not open.
