Horrible bank - probably a scam
Completely screwed me over when I deployed in the military. They told me I had all my payments squared away prior to deployment, but they charged me 1 cent interest during my deployment, and then sent me to collections for that single cent. Even after calling them and explaining to multiple managers my situation, they told me it was my fault for not understanding interest. That 1 cent really screwed my credit score since they chose to pursue it snd try to get interest on it.
Not only that but my personal information has been leaked twice from this bank and they have no contact information listed online to tell them about it. Even the social media links on their website lead nowhere. They do not want you to contact them.

New UI looks good but is confusing

I have only had the app a few days now but I am so in love, I have banked with them for nearly 5 years now and this makes me so happy they have Apple Pay with the app 😍 this makes it so much easier and knowledgeable all around! Super easy to navigate. 10/10 recommend OCCU

Face ID broke
I reset my phone and Face ID stopped working, no matter what I try I can’t get it working again. Every other app on my phone worked fine after logging in once.
Constantly Crashes
App crashes and/or looses connection at every turn. I have tested my internet speed and it is more than adequate.

The old app was better.
Every single day this app has to “establish a secure channel” and won’t open for hours. It’s infuriating when you just want to quickly check your balance and the dumb app won’t even open.

So-so Update
The upgrade itself was fine. The biggest disappointment was losing any viewing of pending charges. The menu shows that I can filter by pending, however that isn’t true. Bring back pending! Then it’s a five star app.
Pending Charges No Longer so
Looks like the available balance decreases but there is no way to see the charge that decreased it like the previous version could.
Things were better before upgrade
Things are a mess. The app use to be easier and quicker to use and you can no longer see any pending transactions which is a big inconvenience. Things need to be fixed.

Things are a mess. No longer showed pending transactions. Payments so joy come out on time. Unthought this was suppose to be an update not a down grade.
