Would be great if mobile deposit would work

I have tried multiple times to get mobile deposit to work and it never does. I take the checks into the branch and they say it looks crystal clear and don’t understand why it doesn’t work. Useless feature for me

Gets the job done

Nice to transfer money and look at my balance. I wish I could deposit checks through the app. My brother has a Samsung and he can deposit checks.

Horrible app

I like how my chase account gives me a notification right away when there is a transaction. This app does not do that. Very simple and plain.
