Error messages
Can’t always get messages from matches as keeps coming up with “Decoding Error” message. Rest of app seems ok whilst I’ve been using it but very frustrating when message come through to not always see them straightaway

Good grief, this is the most depressing ap I’ve ever been on. It makes Tinder look good! The men are not only miles away and incapable of reading a profile that says clearly I’m not interested in long distance and please, if I get up 2 hrs before work, shower, moisturise and put on stylish clean clothes and pop on some makeup .. the very least you can do is brush your hair, and take a decent picture. Some look like they only wash once a month and are probably the ones who moan they never get a response !!
I’ve asked for a right of withdrawal because the men on this ap are absolutely not worth paying to see, and it creeps me out thinking they can see me. What’s even worse is having paid £19:99 for a week, to actually control who sees you they want ANOTHER £9:99, how is that even safe!!! After less than 24hrs on this ap I know why women in their 50s end up with much younger men and i will never have any guilt doing the same in future, or staying single for that matter. If this ap were a house I’d be wiping my feet in the way out !

Dreadful customer service and attitude to privacy
Extremely difficult to understand how to stop your profile photo being emailed to everyone in your area every day as part of OurTime’s marketing. Customer service completely failed to clarify how to do this, even suggesting that I would need to pay £9.99 PER MONTH to achieve this. Impossible to escalate my query or make a complaint — these requests were completely ignored. I recommend looking at Trustpilot for reviews of this company before using this app.

Customer support completely unable to answer basic questions about their own service. Also recommend looking at their reviews on Trustpilot where they score 1/5 — seems a lot more realistic.

App responsiveness could be better.
Been on the app for about a week. Seem to be real people here so that’s a bonus. The issue seems to be with messaging. I get alerts that people have viewed, liked or messaged however when opening the app, nothing. It could be up to 30 minutes before it appears. When in ‘talking’ to someone, the conversation becomes stunted as messages can take ages to come through. Not what you want when trying to start building relationships.

More fake profiles than tinder. You’ll see the same faces again and again. Save your money.
Access Denials and No Customer Support
It is unclear if there is an app issue or the platform that supports it but I’ve two accounts with this organisation, both with a fully paid subscription and have been blocked by OurTime on both occasions with no explanation (their own T&C’s state they have to tell you why). The app directs you to customer services where the actual contact email is buried. I’ve raised ticket after ticket, got receipts for these but no replies even though their own SLA says a response should come in 24h. Payments are still being taken but service continues to be denied. I’ve emailed them one last time to ask for a resolution after which time I will cancel the PayPal payments. The app also regularly crashes and you have to shut it down and reboot it. Overall very poor and don’t recommend either the app or OurTime as a platform.

Buffering
Constant buffering and that’s just filling in profile…..put my name, date of birth and where I’m from and couldn’t get no further
TLS sorted, shame OurTime's AI isn't.
If you have TLS error check you have parental controls with your network provider are off. As for OurTime? I'd don't thing my languague would make it pass the moderators. 90% of contacts are scams...

Do not subscribe. Once you do you can’t cancel it and they charge you every month. Also lots of bugs and scammers

Firstly I'm sure many of the profiles are fake.
It's hard to know, but that's the feeling I got.
Also the app stopped working and I got an “invalid status error” and then.unable to recover my account. No explanation what that error means… simply doesnt work.
And then trying to login from a fresh install… same problem. Grrrrr :(

Scam
They make you get the app so that you can delete your account, but then surprise surprise, the delete account button is the one that just throws up an error message. All part of the scam to make people think there are more users than there really are I guess.

Negative reviews aren’t being shown here, suggest you go to Trustpilot where 51% give it 1 star which is the lowest available and it’s universally panned…don’t waste money on this.
