Risky and disappointing
There are so many fake profiles it’s dissatisfying and disappointing. Please cancel my subscription.
Worthless
This site is pretty much a waste of time.
The majority of people on here are liars, fakes, scammers and game players.
Even 95% if the ones that do chat and seem real just disappear.
Your company itself spends most of it time sending deleted members messages because they are fakes.
You must figure out a way to vet and verify all members.
This site is so unprofessional and worthless.

Non-existent customer service
The customer service for the app is non-existent and completely useless. If you have any sort of issues with your login, do not expect to receive anything but an AI generated response that directs you to their website that provides zero help. The only mechanism to contact the company is via an email and there is absolutely no follow-up. I can’t stress enough to stay away from this app as once they have your money you are on your own if something as fundamental as your login does not work.

Disappointed
I’m very disappointed in this app. My dealbreakers were ignored. I was not interested in a long distance relationship so had a distance restriction as my only dealbreaker. Most ‘likes’ were all over the United States. It advises against giving phone #’s or emails out. All three people I had conversations with ask me for my phone # by the second conversation. I would be very careful. I believe there are scammers on this site.

Not user friendly
I find it very difficult to negotiate this site at times. For example, lately when I click on someone featured on today’s picks it doesn’t show me the person. Also, when my benefits are about to lapse a suddenly get tons of people viewing or liking me. I feel this is a bit of a manipulative way to get me to re-up my membership.
