There are so many times I get comments from people but this site won’t let me see what they say.

Littered with scammer profiles and subscription fees are too high. All of the dating apps are pretty much the same way. Nobody ever gets actual dates, much less real conversations. I would give this rating zero stars if it was possible. So lame!

A lot of scammers
On here for a few months and have only met one legit real person. A ton of scammers on here which I assume are on other sites also. Beware if they are widowed, and if cryptocurrency is brought up at all, if they have a story that they have to leave the country unexpectedly. Seems to be some legit people on here also but have not met yet.

Risky and disappointing
There are so many fake profiles it’s dissatisfying and disappointing. Please cancel my subscription.
Worthless
This site is pretty much a waste of time.
The majority of people on here are liars, fakes, scammers and game players.
Even 95% if the ones that do chat and seem real just disappear.
Your company itself spends most of it time sending deleted members messages because they are fakes.
You must figure out a way to vet and verify all members.

Non-existent customer service
The customer service for the app is non-existent and completely useless. If you have any sort of issues with your login, do not expect to receive anything but an AI generated response that directs you to their website that provides zero help. The only mechanism to contact the company is via an email and there is absolutely no follow-up. I can’t stress enough to stay away from this app as once they have your money you are on your own if something as fundamental as your login does not work.

Disappointed
I’m very disappointed in this app. My dealbreakers were ignored. I was not interested in a long distance relationship so had a distance restriction as my only dealbreaker. Most ‘likes’ were all over the United States. It advises against giving phone #’s or emails out. All three people I had conversations with ask me for my phone # by the second conversation. I would be very careful. I believe there are scammers on this site.

Not user friendly
I find it very difficult to negotiate this site at times. For example, lately when I click on someone featured on today’s picks it doesn’t show me the person. Also, when my benefits are about to lapse a suddenly get tons of people viewing or liking me. I feel this is a bit of a manipulative way to get me to re-up my membership.

I signed on with the app on my phone but can’t sign on in my iPad. In addition, I just joined and 2 of the people I connected with were not legitimate. One person gave me a phony Amazon number that generates so there is no tracing of the number. I don’t trust the people on this sight. People are contacting me from other states saying they are widowers and willing to relocate when I don’t even know the person. Be VERY cautious.

Problem with account
I have an account but I can’t log in. Says there is a problem with my account. There is no way of contacting someone for help. Nothing I try is working.
frustrating site
this is the most difficult website to navigate. I think I’ve ever used. I get emails all the time saying that so-and-so likes me or left me a message and click here to look at their profile and nothing ever comes up. Ever!! tThen I do likes and I leave guys a message and they can’t see them because they never say “read”. my membership expired. I will never do this again.

Scammers and Ripoff Artists
There are so many scam profiles on this site/app. I see too many profiles where the woman looks like she’s 25 and her profile states she is 55. I also see pictures that look like someone took a picture of a picture, like an old Polaroid. I see lots of profiles with women who have blonde hair and blue eyes yet they claim they’re either east-Indian or African heritage. The site also ignores your dealbreakers and if someone likes you first, then you like them, (making it a match), the other person won’t message you back. The only real profiles I’ve seen are ones that I am absolutely not interested in dating.
I canceled my subscription and chalk it up as a lesson learned.

Hidden fees
Dating is a serious subject to me. I bought the premium I was under the influence that it was going to let me block myself and have privacy. But it did not apparently I had the right to block and the right to be invisible if I bought the big package.

Doesn't make sense at least I should get some response within 169 miles whether I like them or not. Doesn't make sense there's nobody in my area like within 20 miles You can't arrange the pictures the way you want them. very hard to see your own profile. I saw my own profile once by accident after working on it for 15 minutes. but later on, tried several times, but could not see my own profile.
