After app update messages disappeared. I can delete the account but I can’t manage my account to remove my credit card info. I guess that’s a good problem for our time to have.

I like the App over-all. But the App, exceeds the parameters of charging for EVERYTHING! I signed up for Platinum and the before I even left the page where they took my money; they asked me if I wanted to pay for notifications or to communicate with another member? Ridiculous

Search is flawed, I get no local results. They are all out of state. You would think there would be choices in New York State.

The site is full of scams, bots, and fake accounts. I liked well over 277 women and a ll I get is bot msgs. It’s the employees working the site. I filed a complaint with my CashApp and PayPal. Then I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. While surfing they try to get you to join their other BS dating sites. You’re better off meeting women organically. I sat and wondered whose profile pictures are they stealing. Gentleman when in doubt snap the photos and use PimEyes. It hasn’t failed me yet. When you report a profile you get an automated msg. It’s garbage those profiles are still on the app in a rotation later. Don’t pay for anything that has to do with Match Group!

Junk - Waste of $
This is a garbage dating app that is poorly managed. As I built my profile I'd try to update it, but they wouldn't update it. They just leave it in the "pending approval" state. It's been almost a week and it still I'm says pending approval. The swipe is so sensitive that when trying to read a profile you can like or not like VERY easily just when scrolling. Then, if you accidentally like someone or decide you don't like them you cannot change it. You must block them. That's just lazy coding. The criteria/filters you put in are not even followed in the profiles they show you. Also you cannot filter for political preference. So I keep getting conservatives reaching out and liking me... 🤦🏻♂️ I tried to add something in my narrative/bio but that's "pending approval" and doesn't change. Don't waste your money.

Extremely poor app and customer service
Setting a do not work therefor you will waste time with people you have absolutely no interest in. When there are issues such as what I have mentioned there is no one available to assist you to resolve them. Don’t waste your money or time. I wish I hadn’t!
Doesn’t Work
I enter my DOB and it tells me I’m too young. 60 years is too young. Do we have to raise people from the dead to chat?
Waste of time and money
App is the worst , when you’re not subscribed they give you the illusion that you have plenty of likes waiting for you once you subscribe, there mostly fake accounts and people no where near where you live. Expand your search from 20 miles to 100 miles it deliberately shows you people from different states tried using different cities in the search engine nothing changes . One big scam / cash grab all this app is!

Banned without explanation
I joined. I found mutual interest with someone. She seemed real, probably is. She wanted to chat on the phone after just a few back and forth on the app.
Just hours later I was banned. No explanation given. Appeal ignored.
I realize these dating apps use Game Theory to hook someone into long term subscriptions, like gym memberships, but this is beyond the pale.

Mostly fakes not worth the money
This app is 75% fake accounts and BOTS. All the good looking guys are stolen pictures and they are obviously young than 50. there is zero verification that anyone is real. This app needs to do some sort of photo verification with your face and make sure that that profile picture cannot be removed. This app is a complete waste of money .
