Can’t pay
Private mode doesn’t work
Ease of Use
Fake account
This site is so automated it’s awful!
There has to be a better choice that doesn’t just suck your money and not deliver any of what they charge you for.
Loaded w/ Scammers
Beware of Fake profiles
Worst Customer Service
Why pay monthly and buy likes
If only…
Nobody here is real
Mostly fake accounts owned by match, which has the same problem
Not Good for Smaller Towns
My experience has been while I “Like” many, little to none respond and for those who “Like” me first, I will reply with a warm welcome message if I’m interested, introducing myself and expressing my interest in wanting to get to know them better and less than 0.5% will reply. Additionally, I’ve experienced many profiles that you can clearly tell are of fake identities, scammers, or people catfishing. Also, while my profile is specifically sent to a man seeking a man, I continue to receive profiles of women in my feed. Whether these people are paid or not paid subscribers, I haven’t kept track of.
My overall recommendation is unless you live in a major metropolitan city, I do not recommend this app for those seeking same sex relationships.
It simply doesn’t work
Forced password renewal problem
I contacted customer support about this over two weeks ago and haven’t received a response.
I believe the fix is to use a different email address on my account, but I have no way to request that change either, since the only way to reach support seems to require an account I can’t currently access.
Could someone please help me either:
1. Update the email address on file for my account, or
2. Manually reset my password and send it through a channel other than the non-functioning email
I’m happy to verify my identity another way if needed. Thank you for your help.
Disappointed
FRUSTRATED
weird flex
for an app marketed to older adults, why take away a needed feature and introduce a dramatic example of the principle of least astonishment?
bad call from design and product teams.
Confusing and Inconsistent Messaging Experience
The app doesn’t even have a proper Messages section. Conversations are hidden under “Matches,” while the mobile website has a separate “Messages” page. The app, website, and mobile website all use different layouts and navigation, making the experience unnecessarily confusing.
Users should be able to open message notifications directly in the app and manage all conversations from one clear Messages section.
