Algorithm sucks. Doesn’t adhere to my preferences at all. I have a 40 mile preference and I see men all over the U.S. and Canada. Won’t renew ever again.
Scammers
Some old lady stole my email and created an account. She has the typical bleached blonde bob and blue eyes. Definitely in her 50s. I have contacted support on three different occasions, and the issue has not been resolved. I also attempted to access the account by resetting the password, but I never received an email for password reset. I have never personally used this app beyond trying to get my email back, but it is evident that this app does not have a good defense system against scams and fraud.

I would set my preferences and it would still show me everyone, I even clicked the deal breaker button to only show me my preferences, yet it still wouldn’t. Then only showed me men that lived in other states. Not very user friendly, upset that I wasted my money.
You asked me about using a boost or boosts and when I tried to decline you did it anyway!
This has happened more than once.
Also, I am not going to move and need that as a dealbreaker.
Tried to stop getting another 6 months subscription for and you took the $ out of my account and when I asked for a refund, after much searching on how to ask I got no response!

Site not to be trust
They entice you to subscribe but it’s a waste of money woman are only interested in writing messages not meeting.
Ease of use.
Your website needs some work. Way too easy to like and then one can’t undo it.

Recommended matches in your email never takes you to their profile. 99% of the likes you receive is always out of state. Not many quality matches in your area. Waste of time and money. Site is very outdated.

Mature ones: You’d be better off w myriad of other apps. Usually if a guy can’t get a match from the hottest girl, app will review and straighten and unban. This app is convinced that my photos look too young to be on this app🤣🤩. That’s a compliment btw! Banned as fake/ai account within hours & no communication. Not the first time I’ve seen elite grammar etc accused of ai. Be better. You need more intuitive cs reps. lol :)

Not what the adds depict
I feel like not everyone has the same access. For example, I paid the premium, but if I try to connect with someone who pays the minimal subscription we never connect. I could be wrong, but that’s what this feels like. Don’t like the fact, my info gets fished out to other like app, then I get encouraged to join and pay them too. Does feel like this app is in it to make connections, just money. Although that is the capitalist way.

Repeating Limited Profiles and ZERO means to get Andy customer service help. If you want to get tech support you have to get it from a third party and pay $5.00! I wish I was kidding g. Avoid at all costs.

I matched once and dated the woman I matched with, but now it says I have to upgrade to see anymore mutual matches.

Somebody keeps changing my picture, contacting woman and telling he lives in Dlorida. W live in South Carolina. I have changed my picture back 3 times. I think I am going to the U.S. Attorney’s office and see if they will shut down your site as unsafe and fraudulent. I’m sure I won’t get a reply from you because your site is a Scam.

Tried 5 times over 3 weeks to get help with zero effect
The customer service is basically MIA- there’s no help. I was never able to verify and keep getting daily emails telling me about all my possible matches. Good lord.

Mediocre - Waste of $
This is a very mediocre dating app that is poorly managed. As I built my profile I'd try to update it, but they wouldn't update it. They just leave it in the "pending approval" state. It's been almost a week and it still I'm says pending approval. Then, if you accidentally like someone or decide you don't like them you cannot change it. You must block them. That's just lazy coding. Also you cannot filter for political preference. So I keep getting conservatives reaching out and liking me... 🤦🏻♂️ I tried to add something in my narrative/bio but that's "pending approval" and doesn't change. Don't waste your money.
