Can’t take my money out
I’ve joined outlet for about a year now and it was good at first i could withdrawal and deposit money into my account whenever. When i seen the high interest return i jumped at the opportunity but ever since December of 2022, I was unable to my move money. It says transfer but it won’t let me connect to my bank, or any other bank for that matter. It says my bank account is connected but when i try to transfer it, fails. It also says I have the option of transferring it into a pool but won’t even let me move my money. I complained multiple times and wrote complaints but I have yet to receive word back. All I want to do is withdraw my money. I feel like i’ve lost hundreds of dollars over this app.

Not safe!
I’ve been trying to get my money out of this app for 3 months and they keep pushing me down the line with no definitive answer. It is not secure for your money.

I don’t why this app is not banned already. Nothing works. They are just trying to defraud their customers. No way to transfer money back. Non-existent support or customer service. Been trying to reach them for weeks, no luck. 😔

After much fuss, I was able to get my money out of my outlet wallet using BitPay and Coinbase. Never a response from customer support.
Everything was great until it wasn’t
I have been using outlet for over a couple years now . Everything was running smoothly until two months ago. The system started acting up, and then we found out the company was moving over to a new system setup. All of a sudden my funds were gone . I am extremely furious at the fact that I’ve been trying to contact customer service for days on end and no one gets back to me. I’m missing my money and no one seems to care to help me. I don’t know what to do ! , so honestly save yourself the headache and invest somewhere else , your money will go missing here with no explanation from anyone.

Dont waste your time and money
At first it sounded great earning high interest, but other than that I haven’t had too many positive notes to think of. My bank account randomly disconnects so I have to reconnect it (which takes days) withdrawing money takes a long time, at best its a few days, but every time I’ve tried to take money out it gets stuck on “pending” for weeks! Customer setrvice used to be good, but now I think they literally have one person working there and it can take days before they respond. Overall, the app is a good idea but so far its not being executed well.

If I could rate -0 stars I would. This app is extremely buggy. A week ago I deposited $100 via Bitcoin and sold it and it’s been pending ever since. I’ve tried reaching out to chat support , email and nothing. I have currently $94 PENDING but at this point I just want my money off the app so I can close my account. I’m a new user by the way. App Has Gone Downhill
I was with this company for the past three years but it has severely gone downhill in the last 6 months. Devs say things will improve but a whole month will go by with nothing being done. I will save my money with PayPal. A FDIC insured reputable company.

This app worked great when I first got it. Then out of nowhere my bank was unlinked and I couldn’t link it back so I had to add it again and it still didn’t work. Contacted support who escalated my issue to their tech support or whatever and they couldn’t figure out how to help me. On top of that, wouldn’t let me take my money out either. Ended up having to leave some in the account and told them they could keep it since I wasn’t going to be getting it.

BE WARNED!!! this company they will make money disappear from you account then give you the run around tell you they have started a ticket for you 7 weeks in and still no money. Legitimate and trustworthy
This company just went through a very rocky time due to issues with their payment provider but they warned all their customers and have worked overtime to keep us safe. I had a significant amount invested and was able to withdraw it safely to protect it during the upheaval. I won’t say I wasn’t worried and wishing they had more staff for customer service during the pending time but their ethics are impeccable. I have been with them for three years now and it definitely has been worth it.

Do not fall victim to their ploys with their shiny interest rates. I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds, and it was pending for 3 days only for them to fail the transaction and allow only 90% of the funds to be withdrawn! Magically, this transfer went through right away. On top of that, their customer service is terrible with responding to messages of issues we’re having. I’m now showing a zero balance even though they didn’t give me all of my money back! Still no response from their team…..

Warning: Once you put money in, you will never get it back
App looks good on the surface, but even after not just 5 days of the money successfully being added to the “rewards” account, you go to withdrawal, and it’ll say invalid authorization code even after 30 attempts of literally copy and pasting the exact code sent to your number, and about 15 attempts of manually typing in code. So, be prepared to lose everything. I lost $1000 it looks like. Been a month now and no help from support.
