Вчера оплатил, на двух устройствах не работает, писал в поддержку в ответ на присланный код, в телеге вообще не работает бот, отправляется /start и тишина, по итогу молчание сутки

Что случилось с этим впном?

Больше года пользуюсь именно этим впном. Вернее, пользовалась. Все было прекрасно. Теперь второй день не могу подключиться, хотя подписка куплена. Бот в тг молчит и не реагирует ни на какие команды. Что-то с этим делать собираются?
