Nice idea but some issues just now
I really like the concept of this but it has a few issues, as is to be expected with an early release.
Firstly, the up/down arrows on the personal matching feature are confusing. I think this isn’t the best ux paradigm.
Secondly, you can’t currently filter by your own interests. I was really hoping to find someone with specific interest matches but the filters shown didn’t match my previously stated interests.
Thirdly, the events section doesn’t let you filter out all the events that couldn’t possibly be of interest. I’m a straight white man, so all the women-only, PoC and queer events are inherently not going to be of interest.
Hopefully you can address some of these issues.

Good app but…
I want to like this app. I think the events listed are brilliant and varied. They feel very grassroots as intended.
However, I have no idea if i’m experiencing the same problems but after subscribing to an event host, I become unsubscribed again after a while. I’d also like for a page that tracks the hosts as subscribing doesn’t seem to do a lot.
I do appreciate the app though and well done to the team.

Love the events they list!
It’s clear these guys are just getting started but it’s a pretty cool app - I’ve discovered some really fun stuff. Keen to see the connections features unlock though
