Overall reading
I used more sophisticated and intuitive apps 10 years ago so they have had some catching up to do. I would rather have it safe and secure with less bells and whistles, but nothing is safe for very long in this modern IT environment either way.
That being said… They have been making constant and ongoing improvements at a reasonable pace and we appreciate that.

Branch Employees are excellent
Love actually going into our Sonora branch and being recognized.
Works well
Somewhat easy to use. Some letters are too small. Hard to spot where to click for next step.

Old way better
The old way was better!! This one sometimes won’t open. The old way of Bill Pay was faster.

This Works For Me!
When I first signed on with OVCB App the App was difficult to navigate. But. With ongoing improvements; the app has now become very user friendly! I am quite pleased with the services and personal approach the tellers use! I feel like it is very friendly and family oriented!
Bad updates
Every time the app is updated I lose access to my business account and have to go in and ask them to link it up.
Every Update
Every single time this app updates it logs me out, uses facial recognition to log me back in but then doesn’t allow it to sign in that way, so I attempt to use user ID and password which it always says is not correct, so I have to do a password change to which it says I can’t use my previous password. Probably the worst banking app I’ve used.

Easy to maneuver
Great app. Easy to move money around and pay bills.
I’ve had better
The mobile software is just OK. If you want to check your balances, works great. Payments or Bill pay is another story. It’s not always easy to remember how to make changes such as addresses for payment histories. Doable but somewhat difficult.

It would be nice if online deposits would be processed on weekends like most other banks or if it was going to not be processed over the weekend they could at least offer half of the deposit until it can be cleared
