Great app

After my first two months of using Overbooked, I am incredibly impressed. I previously tried Rosie and another competitor, but Overbooked is specifically tailored to the handyman industry, which has been a major benefit for my business. I especially appreciate their feature suggestion tool—out of the three suggestions I've submitted, they have successfully implemented all three. The customer service has been fantastic, and at $199 for the annual plan, the value simply can’t be beaten."

Lots of Problems

This app has some extremely bad issues that have cost me thousands of dollars in sales. Poor AI answering, flawed calendar syncing, and support did not seem to fix the major issues that ended up costing me. I would not recommend this app at this point as it will hurt your bottom line.

Exceptional

My experience has been awesome. The ai receptionist/assistant is really good and a true time saver. It does everything from answer call s and scheduling appointments to creating ads for social media that you can ask to be changed in any way to fit your preference. It doesn’t generate leads that you have to pay for but it gives you all the tools you need to advertise and generate your own leads and the price point for the service is well worth the investment. The creators of this app have done an exceptional job. 10/10 I highly recommend!

Easy to Use and Actually Works

Overbooked AI has been a great experience. It’s simple, easy to use, and didn’t take long to set up. Once everything was configured, it really started helping with bookings and keeping things organized.
It saves time and makes the whole process smoother without adding extra work. Support has also been helpful and responsive.
Definitely recommend if you want something straightforward that actually works.

Great for small biz

Got this to help manage backend tasks for my small business. Been super helpful and lets me focus on my actual business instead of annoying admin tasks

It was great soft for small businesses and more!

It was amazing platform that helps save a lot of time! But after this they was removed free plan but on their website free plan still posted. My phone number from overbooked was used by a lot of customers, business cards and more. But now I lost access and I cant to move my number from them 😭😭
