App is useless
Since last one week I am trying to place order, app says subscription is enabled or bottle return pick up scheduled but no delivery and pickup happened. Tried help section by app/call/whatsapp, no support. My wallet amount is stuck after this useless update recently. And now since 30-Mar-2026 App is not even getting open, its asking to update every time I open the app even after updating the app.

Quality milk , Good hygiene , eco friendly glass bottles . Using it from more than 6 months no service issues , timely delivery hassle free mobile app for payment , instructions to pause service in case of holidays . Complete transparency in transactions.
Very useful app
The service is very nice and it is always on time. It makes very easy and convenient for me to get the milk as soon without any problem.
Poor customer care service
If you raise any complaint in the AAP they close it without doing any conversation. If they connect to you they just assure you to resolve your problem but in actuality, they don’t do anything. Then you just waste your time by contacting them again and again. They only waste your time nothing else. If I talk about milk I didn’t find any special in this milk. I didn’t get yellow malai even after boiling cow milk as it is supposed to be yellow.

Worst milk provider
They will provide good milk for one to two day.
Then they will provide you with the worst milk that can’t be used even for making tea.
If you contact there customer care they will give you suggestion like this
1. Keep it refrigerated.
2. Boil it once you get it.
3. Stir the milk until you completely boil it.
We tried all. But still same.
My only suggestion just save yourself from these thugs.
Also there provider will say rating is low due to some provider running agenda against them and i also believed that.
But believe me those all negative reviews are true.
Then they will provide you with the worst milk that can’t be used even for making tea.

Unhealthy customer support with fake advertisement
Irresponsible customer support with least cadence on the customer base. They added, brochers all accross my society in sector 91 for sampling. However there is jo response despite filling the form, contact us kn chat support and email. Hard to trust such new companies for giving year reacharges who’s customer acknowledgement is so poor.

I am using this milk since 1 month, it is very good in test and quality is also good. It better than other milk in market.
Refund not issued
it’s been almost over 25 days since I have raised my concerns and ask for refund. after multiple discussion with different people of organisations still no word on refund. This is my last attempt before I move to consumer court against this mental harassment and financial fraud . will also make people aware on social platform of this loot.
