Nice but needs more work

Still limited capabilities when booking some appointments. Always inaccurate information when looking at my giftcard and package balances and expiration dates. Huge issue with putting yourself on a waiting list for a facial. When one comes available you’re literally sent over 10 texts and multiple emails every day with the spot available.

They don’t give you an option to decline, you must “accept” the option. If you don’t go back into the app and remove yourself you’ll get a ridiculous amount of texts back to back and emails. It’s ridiculous.

I removed myself from the waitlist and still keep receiving texts.

In 4 days, I received 42 texts about the facial appointment opening and 12 emails. This needs to be resolved ASAP.

Avoid Ovme and their app!

The app did not work very well. I had booked with a certain provider months in advance and they changed it to any provider. The old website was better than the app. But even worse. OVME rips you off and doesn’t honor the memberships you pay for so go somewhere else!

Amazing!

My prayers were answered! Now I can schedule appointments cancel appointments and purchase product all in one place. I can also manage my membership and communicate directly with the staff.
