I got scammed
I first bought a monthly subscription and it worked acceptably fine. Then I renewed it and bought a yearly subscription, only to realize I got scammed. Two days into my yearly subscription, and it entirely stopped working on my computer and also became glitchy on iPad as well. I wasted $60 for nothing. Their customer service respond to suppprt somewhat quickly, but the staff doesn’t even understand basic requests (maybe language issues). I should have read the reviews here first before wasting money.

Чисто замануха, подключается через раз, телега лагает ужасно. Иногда пишет что подключен, но интернета нет. Бред. Уже перешёл на Magnom vpn, нашел через поиск в телеграме
VPN stopped working
Von stopped working and says subscription expired despite having a year of subscription. The custimer service doesnt resolve issue nor solve the issue

Price is right (if you’re into IT)
I think I bought an unlimited 5 year plan, yes the UI is bare bones and tech support is not intended for newbies. But it seems solid in keeping itself “on” a live connection, so as to not leave you without VPN service. I’ve had this service for at least 3 years (as a prepaid subscription).
Okay app, BEST VPN provider
I’ve been using OVPN for the better part of a decade now. In terms of security/privacy I would only put one other VPN on par, but their servers are slower and they no longer support port forwarding (OVPN does). The mobile app enforces a Wireguard connection (not that you’d probably want OpenVPN anyway) and otherwise has room for improvement.

Эта штука вообще работает? Кроме wireguard вариантов вообще нет. Настроить ничего не возможно.
Useless support team
After months of trying to email with the support team and having my tickets constantly closed after I had responded to a different email, different people messaging me the same thing to try even though I told them in a prior thread that I already tried it and it didn’t work, and outright lying to me that my issue was not a problem that other people had experienced, I can confirm that OVPN is a barely passable product with one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with.

В России перестал работать
Работает только через WiFi. До этого подключался и по сотовой сети. Также пробовал через подключение WiFi, а потом уже сотовую связь, отключается. Не рекомендую
Terrible App and Zero Customer Service
The app is awful on iPad and iPhone and the connections are wildly unreliable. Trying to reach out to customer service is an absolute joke - they barely respond. If you’re lucky enough to get a response - expect attitude and lots of it. Don’t waste your money on this garbage.

It’s horrible on windows 10,had to delete it twice but, on iOS it works flawlessly
Great vpn
OVPN works well as a high speed, truly secure and fully independent VPN service. It’s easy to set up and use. The customer service is also really great. Thanks guys
Just a bad company
When I started using this product, it was difficult to tell if it was truly effective because there was a variety of glitches happening throughout my iPad. The customer support was simply nonexistent. There was no one on one option anywhere. Only email and a message app that would only let you leave a question and they would only respond by email. This could take days. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Why do you need to login every time before connecting. I can’t login in vpn blocking regions!
Some times phone lost internet
Some times phone lost internet when i try to connect via wireguard and application freeze and i cant reconnect or do any, if close and open app it cant connect to internet and freeze on “checking credentials” because phone lost any connection, only deleting app and restart phone helped..

Scam!!!
Charged money for the 1-month plan, but the system has bags - you just moving between 2 pages - choose the plan and pay another money and press the button and also choose the plan and pay new money. But you already paid and has a document from AppStore about it, has an official account, but the your personal profile see that it’s necessary to pay…. Technical support answered only day after, asked to send them special code from your profile and…. disappeared. My several letters are without any reactions. This is scam. Do not pay them money, they don’t provide any trial period and asks to pay for one of the plan immediately. You did it, but have nothing.
