Hopeless
Getting this app to actually work is so frustrating. It’s clunky and looks very dated now. The Owl system constantly disconnects from my system and needs rebooting. Not worth downloading …
Servers broken?
Are the servers down, haven’t had any results for two weeks
Hot water.
Hot water gone forever. I am really not happy with the hot water controls.
Poor app with no functionality
I have had this app running for a number of years. Over the last year it seems to have lost functionality. I contacted Owl Support but I received minimal support and that appeared to be given begrudgingly. I no longer know what I am paying a subscription for as the app is effectively useless.

Awful, clunky system. Been struggling with it for 10 years and is so user unfriendly. No noticeable updates or improvements in that time apart from bringing in a 2 year licence fee.

Inherited this system when I bought the house, downloaded the app registered an account and paid the subscription, this morning nothing … off line can’t do a thing the system plays up and won’t turn on the heating an absolute farce
Very poor
Rarely connects to their servers. Very limited information. Outdated feel. Simply not worth the annual fee anymore. Won’t be renewing unless there are substantial upgrades and much improved reliability.
Worst app (suspected SCAM app from a shell company)
Stay away from this company and any solar salespeople using this app. I suspect the company is just a shell company used as a vehicle for fraud.
Poor Customer Service
App is very basic and dated. Customer service very poor and actually aggressive when I experienced an issue.

Have had since 2015. Latest version on App Store is 1.7.
Have deleted app from my iPhone X but downloading will only show v1.5 in Apps Info screen.
Considering replacing with newer system.

Long overdue update
Although I have had this app for about 10 years and it has never let me down. It could do with some serious enhancements . Compared to using the webapp.

Tired old app
This is a very basic, dated app which seriously needs to be brought out of the dark ages.
Works but needs an update
I get som great information from it but I think the app has been abandoned a while ago eg doesnt support phone rotation or retina display

Using to monitor electric use.
Well it’s not useless, however the detail it not up to much. You can’t see what energy your using at any particular time so you can’t see start up time or peaks etc, so a waste of time really. Also on line the app will not let me change the electricity cost, so if anything it gives totally incorrect running use.....isn’t that the point of the system?

basic if it is working
Not sure if the app is not working properly or my new solar panels are not working,or maybe the owl
box thing.I cant believe I didnt use any electricity on some days and that my panels didnt generate any either.something isnt working.

I agree with comments that information is basic but most irritating thing is frequency of the app going off line being unavailable
