This app is better than any pomodora timer or screen time app. It instantly cut through my excuses and got me to lock in. 10/10 would recommend!
Not for the faint of heart
I have to say, I really was not ready for how brutally honest this app is with you. This is a serious breath of fresh air from the overly affirmative ChatGPT. This is a scarily laser-focused experience. Came at the right time in my life and I am seeing improvements in my work and home relationships. I wouldnt download this unless you really are ready to face the truth about yourself.

Game changer
Don’t usually leave reviews but this has been the only thing to help me actually make progress on my goals (gym, school, work). Cured my procrastination habit and gives me the push I need to get started on everything I’ve put off

Other apps don’t really get me into action but this thing is harsh in the way I like. Was confused how brutal the chat was at first but now I get it.
