Terrible App
Not sure why they were too cheap to pay mql5 in order to use their mobile apps. Now we have to use ox app which is awful. My trades in desktop mt5 don’t even show up on the ox mobile app despite them claiming the ox mobile app syncs real time with mt4/5 desktop. Support was no help. They told me to reinstall or to use my desktop mt5 to view trades. Because I really want to remote into my computer to see my open trades or manage them. We can only hope they decide to go back to mt4/5 mobile after all the complaints.

Horrible UI
I don’t have the faintest idea why Ox Securities chose to use their own app over MT5 or MT4’s app but it is a horrible experience. You have to click through way to many screens just to do simple things like close a trade. I wish they would just go back to MetaTrader. If it weren’t for their app, Ox Securities would be a top rated broker in my book but their mobile experience highly takes away from their overall rating.

The whole app is a scam doesn’t make sense how I was up 100pips on Gold on my MT5 then I go back check this app and I’m up nothing and enter both trades at the same time not to mention how I had a gold runner and the app closed my trade by itself I got robbed there. I will be looking for another broker

I want to like this app
Based on some of the other reviews, I agree with some of the issues. Some of the issues I have not experienced so I can't say on that end. I just think a little more technical building needs to happen with some updates.
