Horrible UI
I don’t have the faintest idea why Ox Securities chose to use their own app over MT5 or MT4’s app but it is a horrible experience. You have to click through way to many screens just to do simple things like close a trade. I wish they would just go back to MetaTrader. If it weren’t for their app, Ox Securities would be a top rated broker in my book but their mobile experience highly takes away from their overall rating.

The whole app is a scam doesn’t make sense how I was up 100pips on Gold on my MT5 then I go back check this app and I’m up nothing and enter both trades at the same time not to mention how I had a gold runner and the app closed my trade by itself I got robbed there. I will be looking for another broker

I want to like this app
Based on some of the other reviews, I agree with some of the issues. Some of the issues I have not experienced so I can't say on that end. I just think a little more technical building needs to happen with some updates.
Absolutely disgusting
I think there isn’t much to say in regards to my reaction being absolutely mindblown to how awful this app is. The latency to place trades is horrible and don’t even get me started it screws you completely and changes your stop loss for you. Example I set up a trade with a sl of 20 pips and when I placed the trade, it set it to 30 pips. There better be a verrrrrry good explanation for this absolute disaster of “convenience from your phone”

Great overall
Great customer service at ox and fast withdrawals to my bank account in1 business day but the app could be way better. You are not able to see account history at all! Wish it was like tradelocker gotta make it simple and ez to use!

Careful
Be very careful navigating this app, if your finger hits close all by mistake, theres no confirmation to close the trades it will just auto close. I deleted right away after it happened to me.
Do Not Trade With This App
The worst version of a live market trading app I have ever experienced for mobile. It is laid out as if it was designed for a desktop. Own up to it and scrap it, Ox Securities.
Unbearable to use
This app has caused me great deals of stress. When dealing with investing, you want the app to be smooth and user friendly. sadly this app does none of that. Can’t find the results I want, not quick to make trades and hard to find your exact performance. It would have been advantageous for them to stick with the MetaTrader app. Forcing this app was a horrible idea until it was actually ready. Or atleast allow users to have the option to use both. Please please please bring back the MetaTrader app option!!!

Peace of Garbage
I don’t know what else I need to say. The worst Forex trading app I’ve had to deal with. I haven’t been ably to log in through the app for 5 days now. But I can log on through the web browser
Too Many Issues
Like all the other reviews I’ve seen, this one isn’t any different. I’m already upset at the fact that I was forced off using MT4 on my iPhone and had to use Ox Securities app which is nowhere near as good or efficient. Customer service takes forever to respond, I had one issue that I actually forgot about and then they replied almost 3 weeks later with a response and weak apology for taking so long. Not to mention they still didn’t have an answer to my question!! If you’re gonna take 3 weeks at least have an answer! Anyway I just wish I was able to use MT4 on my phone again!!!!!!!! I’m being forced to just walk around with my laptop 24/7 now

Terrible app brings Error message when logging in
This is one of the most pathetic and terrible trading apps ever it does not work most of the time. The app has issues especially when you want to log in sometimes it brings an error that shows invalid username or password. This has happened to me so many times even when I'm in between trading I'm locked out of the app. The developers need to fix this issues or just go back to trading on meta trader app.

Technical issues
The app seems to have a lot of technical issues. When calling their tech support number and explaining my situation, I was advised to not use the app and only the desktop MT4 platform until it was remedied.
This posed a problem for me because like anyone, nobody is behind their computer 24/7.
I actually enjoy using the OX app as it has a lot of useful tools and features, but in this specific event I find it very irresponsible that OX SECURITIES doesn’t support trading on the MT4 app especially when their only mobile trading platform is having technical difficulties…

Terrible Decision
As you can see from us experienced traders, the transition was forced and the app is terrible. MT4/MT5 working with Ox-Securities was perfect before as it act like a broker for the trading platform which makes sense! Ox promoting MT4/5 like they are using it, though it seems we are forced using the app OX created which is nothing like MetaTrader platforms… If you are still using MT, where are the servers????? If you are regulated, how can I withdraw my funds to my wallet than the wallet y’all created?

It’s a shame the App Store doesn’t allow a zero star rating. That’s how terrible this application is. It’s clearly not finished and the company took away the ability to use the original MetaTrader app. I’ve been more satisfied getting a speeding ticket than I have trying to login to this abysmal application. Please bring your servers back to the MetaTrader app.

Back to mt4
I’m from the United States and this is the only off shore market that I counted on. Switching from MT4 to this app is such a downgrade. In addition, on their website it also said they’re on mt4 which is very misleading. Switch to mt4 again.
Forcing an unfinished app
From the very start, this forced transition from MT4 to Ox Securities has left a terrible taste in my mouth. Without any notice, my open positions were given break-even prices TPs. I noticed this, removed them and come back minutes later and the positions were just closed to get people off MT4. I lost 100s of dollars off of this.
As for this new “app”, it’s completely unfinished in many different ways.
1. This is so overcomplicated to the point that you can even find an easy way to see what your P/L is for a day, week, month, etc.
2. If I’m monitoring a chart for some time, the chart just stops running and I have to close my app and pull it up again to get it all refreshed.
3. The latency for charts is terrible.
4. You can customize tabs for different pages which is nice but you can’t customize the content that is displayed. I.E. I want to only show the charts of the pairs I like to trade. Nope… you have the whole list.
These developers need to get it together quick. So does their customer service because as of recently, I’m seeing times up to a month to get back regarding issues.

App feels like all the other 3rd party apps
Nothing much to say. This app is terrible in every single way. They took no time at all to learn from the other brokers that got kicked off of meta quotes and decided to literally copy and paste all other unregulated brokers in regards to app interface. It’s clunky it’s delayed and deserves less than 1 star. How hard is it to replicate meta quotes?
