Great app

This is a great app. I am using it everyday and it is a great way into breathwork and meditation for those who want a bit more feedback and insight into what your body is actually doing. Latest update fixed recent bugs.

Latest update disaster

This was a really great app but the 2.0.16 update Sep 2024 has killed it. Won’t load exercises, many options don’t work, and now has lost all my data. I hope they fix it soon!
