Review after 2 years
The machine arrived with “white glove delivery” that consisted of putting it in place and removing packing waste. It did not come with installation instructions. 24 hours later customer service returned my call to help me put it together and I learned parts were missing, which were replaced about 2 weeks later.
After I got it assembled I learned the cable reel system was slightly damaged in shipping. After a few days customer returned my calls and helped me repair the machine myself, sending appropriate repair parts.
The software is not consistent. For example sometimes it will pause to allow you to unload during classes and sometimes it won’t. There are many inconsistencies. Customer service requires videos of every issue, I got tired of sending videos of these types of issue and just accepted it.
The “AI” portion is unusable for me. It will randomly raise or lower weight settings, sometimes double or tripling the weight load. Similarly for the pre recorded classes, it will also raise or lower and double weight settings as it sees fit, it doesn’t do this during the sets like the “AI” section. I am keeping a log of my settings in the classes I am doing because the program won’t remember properly and I cannot rely on it to prevent injury due to overload or very low settings that don’t provide a workout.
I have been waiting over three months for the customer service team/programmers to fix this loading issue so far there is no end in sight despite the monthly subscription cost I am paying.
Customer service requires a video of every issue that needs to be fixed, despite the fact that they have all your workout files to review with date/time stamp. This results in them not troubleshooting intermittent problems if you can’t get a video of it happening.
The machine itself is very useful for working out, and very versatile. The classes, while all pre recorded are generally very good. If Oxefit fixes their programming attention to detail and their customer service this could be really awesome.

We're glad to hear you're finding value in the versatility of the machine and the quality of the classes, but we're sorry your overall experience has fallen short of expectations. Custom Workout Bug

Thank you for updating your review! We’re glad the naming issue has been resolved. We appreciate your feedback on the unload toggle resetting; that’s valuable insight, and we’ll share it with our product and device software teams as we continue improving the experience. Your superset issue may already be address. Please contact support@oxefit.com for more details.
Custom Workout Bug
Edit: you guys fixed the bug. Thank you so much. I have another gripe for you now. The unload at rep count always resets after each set if doing supersets and in other scenarios. Can you make it so this button is sticky whether in the app on my custom workout or in the actually machine software. I don't like clicking the button to on, then seeing again later it's off again. Why can't I click it once and it stays that way until I turn it off manually.
Also I need a way to select which side I want my workout to use of the rail.
If I want to do supersets with the slide on the bottom with one attachment on the right side and slide on top on the left side, I should be able to. Don't make me use one side for both sets in the superset. That's too much work

The App needs a lot of improvement
1. Add/Delete/Modify my activity: I was trying things out, and now it's all recorded in my activity; also, my son tried something on my profile, which is also in my stats now.
2. It would be great to have workout programs (12 weeks or longer) with different goals to lose weight or build muscle etc. - similar to the Sweat app
3. When I create my workout, I can't add exercises such as burpees or anything else off the machine.
App not really helpful.
I don’t know what will tell me what my total output is and how to build from my current stats because I don’t understand them.
Also, on the app there is:
Set
Your set trend
Model
Mirror.
Sometimes there is something under your set trend, but it doesn’t tell me what the goal is. What trend should I try to attain?
Also, mine always show no model or mirror.
The app is almost too busy yet it doesn’t offer information to help me get better. Get stronger.
The touchscreen is sort of the same… I don’t know how to improve because what is available to me tells me so little.
Please help make this a little better for say a workout newbie or even a workout dummy.
