Inconsistent Rules
Rules are applicable at will, changing based on the person we deal with. Every teller says something different and we waste time chasing different standards applied by different staff!
Mobile Deposit is great!!!
I’ve finally started to use the mobile Oxford Bank app for depositing checks. It’s a wonderful way to save time; it works great and I will definitely continue to use it in the future.

I love it. Had to get new phone cuz needed higher operating service. So far it is great!!
Needs Bank Information
This application needs bank hours and information on the landing page similar to the last app. The application needs information that makes the application actually look like the Oxford Bank it represents. The app needed an update but downloaded an entirely new app without basic bank information. I could describe it again in another way, but three times is probably plenty.
