Confusing and glitchy

The “contact support” button simply doesn’t work for me, I carefully pressed it multiple times, and nothing happens (everything else I do on my phone works fine). It also makes you pivot between their website and the app for setup instructions which is bizarre especially for an app you’re forced to download for the service to be setup.

Dark Mode Please :)

I hope they implement a dark Mode in a future release. The white is hard on the eyes especially in dark environments. Overall great app though :)

Fonctionne très bien

Sa me dit quand on essaie de se connecter et je vois tout mes appareils c’est facile de surveiller tout quand à ceux qui disent le support technique marche pas faut juste aller sur leurs site directement ou les texter pour être diriger vers un agent

A good and minimalist app

A high-quality app. Informative and easy to use. The design is decent, but for some reason the style feels more like the Cogeco website rather than Oxio. The firewall statistics also work well. I also like that connected devices are shown with real 2D images, for example Google Chromecast, but there is still a lack of variety in the images.
