It arrives with your wind-down, again with your morning alarm, and stays available for hours after you wake — even if you slept straight through. Setting up Sleep Rhythm is faster, too. Choose "Use our defaults", set your bed and wake times, and tap Done. Every default is listed for you, and anything can be changed.
