Terrible app
Features that don’t work (temperature), horrible BlueTooth connectivity, ancient app. And don’t expect any technical help in resolving these issues.
Has one issue
I used to use this app all the time. However, for a while now, the temperature reading in the app constantly says 15 degrees F. When it’s definitely not. That’s my biggest complaint. At night when I use the app to turn on my fan, I used to rely on the temp in the app since I cannot see across the room without my glasses on to read it off the fan. If that could be fixed, I’d give the app five stars. (Yes, it’s up to date, and I’ve tried reinstalling)

Connection
It easily looses connection to the fan and must be paired every time. Currently, the fan acted up and turned off. I can no longer pair it and must use the remote

Update 2 years later almost (08/13/2023)
The app will not find the fan in my room… I have 4 of these fans in this house and 2 of them isn’t discoverable even after updating my phone/uninstalling the app and reinstalling. And I said below I’m paralyzed and the app was the most convenient way to operate the fan since I didn’t have to get up to turn it on/off. Please please please Fix this!

OLD REVIEW: I just updated my phone on Wednesday and I tried LAST NIGHT (Thursday) to turn on my fans. (I have both the small one and the tower) I couldn’t even get the app opened. I deleted the app several times to see if it would work but no luck. I am a wheelchair user so I depended on this app while in bed so I don’t have to transfer into my chair every time I turn on or off. Luckily I didn’t update my iPad so I was able to do it there but I was lucky it was in my bed with me if not I would be stuck. PLEASE FIX THIS

Good app with controls
I appreciate the app and I use it nearly daily and it usually connects without issue. If it were possible to have an option to pin a fan, it would be greatly appreciated.

Update stopped it from working!
Spent a lot of money on this fan because it had an app and worked fine until there was an update and now it isn’t finding my fan! Awful

I use to love my fan but now with the new update it never seems possible to connect to my phone through the app. The reason I bought this fan is for the Bluetooth capabilities. The update is very disappointing because now it’s impossible to connect to the fan through the app.
Not with new iOS update
I’m use this app on my phone for the fan in our room. However, after the new update this week, every time I would open the app it would shut down on me. I was really hoping that this would have been updated to go with iOS 14 but it doesn’t. Leaving a one star review and a deleting.
Should be easier for 2 people to use
Ok, I think an app is a great idea and enjoy the functionality. And I’m giving it 4 stars because this might be a small, albeit annoying, gripe.
BUT, the app needs to be easier for two people to use more closely in time to connect to the same fan, be able to connect to the fan in general settings on your phone, OR have a dim button on the fan or remote, not just on the app.
What I mean is: my boyfriend goes to sleep much earlier than me. He will sometimes use the app to set the fan how he likes it before going to sleep and then uses the dim function (how we both like it because the lights on the face are very bright). Then, when I come to bed a couple hours later and want to adjust the fan’s speed, etc. because he turns it up so high to fall asleep, I cannot connect to the same fan in the app because it’s still, I guess, connected to his phone by bluetooth and I cannot shift it to mine.
So, you might say, just use the remote or buttons on the fan. The problem is, once you adjust the speed, etc. using the remote or buttons you cannot dim the lights again! You can only dim it with the app which I cannot connect to! So I either just deal with the fan how my boyfriend set it or I adjust it and just have to throw a piece of clothing over it to block the fan lights because they are so bright.

This app doesn’t work at all… stopped working on iPhones several months ago. I purchased these spendy fans to control wirelessly. Pure junk without the iPhone app. Ozeri you became a software company when you choose to build this feature. Please protect your brand and our investment by keeping your software up to date.

Ozeri Remote Fan
Super easy use. Bought this for my elderly parents. They love it and aren’t very “technical” so I would really recommend this for elderly people that are less mobile. We liked it so much we ended up buying several more for our house and boat. 👍
