Immediate crash upon connection to device

useless - so I spent money to buy the security system and it basically is trash.. I can’t use the app. On latest version of IOS with IPhone Pro Max 12
If they reach out to me and fix this I will update the reviews I left on Amazon and here.

Doesn’t support iPhone 7

Hi Team,

Your app doesn’t seem to support older iPhone devices like iPhone 7.

I got the CCTVs installed at my place today and tried scanning the code through QR, but it gave me an error saying “Not supported”

Can someone from your team assist in how can people like me execute this app?
