I tried this app and also compared it with a hand held measuring stick and it was off by 80 ft

The distance is incorrect than what factual distance walked. Do not use this app
Not Wanting to Work
I liked this app on an old work phone. I downloaded onto mine so I can see how much wire I will need. It’s not calculating anything of mine. I get the Initialize button and when I hit it and start walking it doesn’t work at all. I also get cancel but I’d like to use this app like I did. So maybe if that gets fixed I’ll leave a different review.

Just throws you in a feedback loop of doing nothing at all.
Worked better than I expected
I’m doing wind sprints on a desert trail and wanted to measure the distance I am sprinting each time. I used the app to measure in meters and it ranged between 121.5 and 122.2 meters. Seems to be consistent and accurate.

Perfect for long distances
I used it to measure a property that was about 467 feet long in the app and with a rough measurement using a tape measure. I was able to calculate the app was only off by 5-10 feet off which isn’t much in terms of long distances,
Needs alot of work
I was trying to figure out how far I was triple jumping earlier today... I noticed the measurements of jumps very close together were ranging from 32-40 ft. This made me wonder how inaccurate this app was.
I went home and walked 12 paces. I got a range of 7.6ft to 13ft. This app needs alot of work before I'd use it to calculate any distances....
