Impossible Photo capture
1. The app only allowed tbe front camera for use. Better option would be dual camera use for someone to properly hold the camera and take photos of you.
2. Regarding the front view photo, the figurines legs would only read as accurate by standing in poses completely different from the requested photo. The app would take the photo, then claim it was unusable after the fact.

Get a measurement at a tailor.
This thing was way off. Go get measured at a tailor before you order. (Marlow White’s fit may run small as well.) They just take your stuff off the shelf and throw it in a box. When it arrives you’re still going to have to have it hemmed.
Useless does not open
Not a great start for a company that wants $1000 for a full uniform set up. Completely unimpressed. This is not too hard to figure out these days. Claude Code could literally fix this in 10 minutes. Just shows a lack of effort.
app freezing
App continues to freeze at the start screen; i’ve deleted and downloaded the app twice now
Surprisingly accurate
I compared the apps measurements to my own personal measurements and I came to the exact same numbers. The stick figure overlay is glitched out at 90 degrees but the app still tells you what you’re doing incorrectly to fix its detection. I used an iPhone 17 with iOS 26.4 for the measurement.
