Clunky

Does what it has to do, but requesting maintenance is a guessing game.

Could not set up payments from Navy Fed

The title says it when I went into that multiple times to try and set up our monthly rent via Navy Federal. It didnโ€™t work so one star. Make sure your app works before making this an option.

Custom amount

Custom payment amount only through Apple Pay? Why?

User Beware!!!!

Not only does this app charge fees ($9.95 per transaction to pay with debit card and 2.95% per transaction to use credit cards) for users to pay rent (bills) online, it prompts you to give your bank account credentials, user name AND password included if setting up your routing and account number to pay out of your checking or savings account. Not realizing that this was possibly a scam, I received a successful login alert at 1 AM in the morning telling me that someone had accessed my account information. Because of this, we had to close out all of our accounts and get new ones, which put a strain on our finances as we had to wait for a new card and new account to be set up. I called the Housing office to let them know what was going on and they said they were going to contact the people who run this app. I have not heard anything back from either company yet. I have reported this incident to the FTC and they will be reviewing this, so hopefully this doesnโ€™t happen to anyone else. I do not trust this app and will continue to pay in person or over the phone for free. We donโ€™t have to worry about my information readily being compromised and being charged for a service that should be free. According to the bank, no one should be asking you for your login credentials. Please be careful and think twice before using this app.
