Could not set up payments from Navy Fed
The title says it when I went into that multiple times to try and set up our monthly rent via Navy Federal. It didn’t work so one star. Make sure your app works before making this an option.

User Beware!!!!
Not only does this app charge fees ($9.95 per transaction to pay with debit card and 2.95% per transaction to use credit cards) for users to pay rent (bills) online, it prompts you to give your bank account credentials, user name AND password included if setting up your routing and account number to pay out of your checking or savings account. Not realizing that this was possibly a scam, I received a successful login alert at 1 AM in the morning telling me that someone had accessed my account information. Because of this, we had to close out all of our accounts and get new ones, which put a strain on our finances as we had to wait for a new card and new account to be set up. I called the Housing office to let them know what was going on and they said they were going to contact the people who run this app. I have not heard anything back from either company yet. I have reported this incident to the FTC and they will be reviewing this, so hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I do not trust this app and will continue to pay in person or over the phone for free. We don’t have to worry about my information readily being compromised and being charged for a service that should be free. According to the bank, no one should be asking you for your login credentials. Please be careful and think twice before using this app.

Systems does not show an accurate monthly of rent owe nor have the capacity to calculate monthly rent

App fails to entertain any kind of actual inquiry without being hyperlink to actual website. Truly elementary and overpriced fee for payment processing.

One of the worst apps I've ever seen. They send me this garbage to schedule routine service request appointments, and they don't even find the address where I live.
Payment issues
Been trying to pay for 4 days now which cause me to be late on payment that’s honestly irritating bank said try again in a few waited hours n still problems hopefully goes through this time
Works okay
The app works fine expect for the glitches with the bulletin board when you scroll down to see the posts, it blacks out until you scroll further down. The app works OK it’s not the greatest.

Payment system requires update
Unable to delete old cards or update existing cards makes payment difficult. At least add the option to remove existing used cards to replace with new.

Super easy to pay rent and anything else you need to do.
Auto Pay doesn’t work
Basic payment option is easy. Setting up auto pay is impossible. I have tried multiple times and receive various error messages preventing auto pay.
Payments
My payment and Balances are never correct and very misleading. I’ve paid several late fees based off false data from the balance I supposedly owe on this app!
Disgruntled
Needs Update. I am no longer stationed at Fort Drum and when I try to make a maintenance appointment, the Fort Drum people call me or my wife. Is it too difficult to re-route me to Fort Cavazos in the system and housing has no idea on how to fix it. So in my mind the rating is less than one star.

Ridiculous
I have to reset my password every single month when I need to login and make my payment. Not to mention the section for community posts are slower than snail mail.
Easy to use
Just moved into day and I’m glad there’s an app to help make maintenance request and payments. Let’s see if it remains good and has quick follow ups.
