About
Pace is a running pace calculator that does one thing and does it well. Set a distance and a goal time, and get the pace, the splits, and a pace band you can wear on race day.
GOAL TIME IN, SPLITS OUT
Pick 5K, 10K, half or marathon and dial in a goal. Pace gives you min/mile and min/km, km/h and mph, and a split for every mile or kilometre with the elapsed time at each one. Switch distance and Pace predicts your new goal from the old one, so a 25:00 5K becomes a 1:55 half and a 4:00 marathon.
NEGATIVE SPLITS THAT ADD UP
Choose an even split, a small negative, or a large one. Pace shapes the plan to the distance: a 5K guards the opening kilometre and kicks late; a marathon holds back the whole first half, sits on goal pace to 30K, then spends what's left. Every split still sums to your goal time, to the second.
A PACE BAND FOR YOUR WRIST
One tap turns your splits into a printable pace band. Print it, cut it out, tape it around your wrist. No more mental arithmetic at mile 9.
TREADMILL, DONE PROPERLY
Treadmills show speed, not pace, and incline changes everything. Pace converts between them and uses the ACSM running equation to tell you what belt speed matches your outdoor effort at any incline, and what your treadmill pace feels like on the flat.
CONVERT ANYTHING
Drag on a pace to scrub it. Min/mile, min/km, mph and km/h update together, with 5K, 10K, half and marathon times for that pace underneath.
THE CHART
A full pace chart for every distance: finish time, pace, and checkpoint splits in one scrollable table. Find the row for the time you want and read across.
