How does Paceboard build a split plan?
You enter your goal time and chosen race distance, and Paceboard automatically constructs a split plan using the Fast Out+ strategy. This strategy focuses on starting strong, maintaining your target pace, and finishing powerfully.
What distances does Paceboard support?
Paceboard supports a wide range of swimming distances, including 50, 100, 200, 400, 500, 800, 1000, 1500, and 1650 units (yards or meters).
What types of swimming courses are supported by Paceboard?
