About

Find your rhythm with Pacefold, a focused interval timer for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Set work, rest and rounds, then start. Build a routine with named exercises, different durations, repeated sets, preparation and cooldown. Preview every phase before you begin. Make the timing fit your day: • Editable interval, Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, boxing, stretching and activity/rest patterns. • One-second duration entry, with long intervals for slower sessions. • A large countdown, next activity, pause, skip, previous and optional touch lock. • Apple Watch companion controls for your iPhone workout. • Independent outdoor Watch intervals with optional Health and location access for workout, heart-rate, distance and pace recording. • Cue preview, spoken names, transition tones and optional music ducking. • Unlimited local routines, favorites, search and recoverable routine deletion. • Completed and partial history with recorded work, rest and pause time. • JSON backup/import and CSV history export. Pacefold works offline without an account. No ads, analytics or invented health measurements. Optional lock-screen notifications depend on iOS notification, sound and Focus settings. The next 60 transitions can be scheduled; reopen the app during longer sessions to refresh them. Spoken names and haptics are foreground features. After an unexpected close, recovery starts paused at the last saved checkpoint; unavailable time is not added.
