Intervals are Strangely Broken in Plus
A single set can be loaded with as many intervals as you want, but the app will not run any intervals in a set beyond the eighth one, e.g., if your workout has one set with 10 intervals, the workout will “complete” after the end of the 8th interval and simply ignore the 9th and 10th. There are other problems as well. Even the example workout that is loaded with Plus is broken — it’s supposed to be three sets of two intervals, but it ignores the second interval on the third set when it runs. It’s the example workout, you’d think that at least that one would work correctly. It gets a second star however for its clean design.

Please not that any final intervals that are rest intervals will not run on the last set. This is a feature, not a bug. I assure you we have tested all the timers in the sample timers section and they function as intended. Could be perfect, But destroys a main feature of the Apple Watch…
Perfect app, except the fact, that it’s not tracking health data on Apple Watch. the app is really good for timers on Apple Watch. But the loved health data isn’t tracked while working out. It is somehow measuring the heart rate, but no calories for activity or anything else are tracked. Other sports apps are doing this. A workaround could be, that we manually start the Apple Watch’s training app to measure data, and use just the timers. But the big problem is, that you can’t turn off the „training“ function and use just the timers of this Apps alone. It always starts a training and stops the original training app on the watch. This review counts just for Apple Watch usage.

Anyways I would love to see a few more features.
First we need better recognizable Alarms, like an AirHorn or something like that, and they need to be louder (!!!) on the Apple Watch. Sadly sometimes I just overhear them when working out.
Also I would like a Feature, where you can add a Timer based on distance like (200m ...).
I would also like to be able to skip a set

Colourful but not what I was hoping for
I wanted to use it for interval training whilst I was running, but, it doesn’t track GPS and it seems to close down my workout on iwatch if I start pacer... I was hoping to record the run on workout and just use pacer for the interval timer.
So it really only works for gym work from what I can see.

Looks nice but
It does not seem to have any synchronisation to the watch. So timers created on the phone won't be shown on the watch. Even if I start one on the phone it will not be displayed on the the watch (like maps). I also cannot change the workouts on the watch. If that would be fixed the app would be perfect for me.
Edit: the sync took a restart of the watch. But now it works. Great app!

Sketchy data practices
The app toggle to sync data with Apple health doesn’t work. If you toggle off, it secretly toggles itself back on and begins reshaping data. You basically can not toggle it off. The app does not care about user privacy.

Beautiful and functional
Been using for years, and it only gets better looking! Finally made the one time payment for full version because saving custom timers is no longer available in free version, which was saddening but understandable.
