Dear sir I had a card my husband is using it too but I need another card extra for me I did my email it said I had it already but trying to get extra card for me to use and I never had one on my cell phone I’m applying one for my cell phone to use ,, please help me apply another one extra ,, thank you sir or madam I need extra card and apply on my cell phone I try putting my email but it won’t go through so it’s better I call the company to help me

App never opens
Had to screenshot my QR code from safari log in because the app doesn’t open at all. My phone is updated and downloaded app is updated too but never a successful log in

Developers test your app before releasing to the public!
I was at a gas station filling up when I was suddenly prompted to update the app. After updating, I could no longer log in. I had to let other customers go ahead of me while I tried to figure out what was wrong.
I attempted multiple logins, reset my password twice, and still, the app wouldn’t work. Frustrated, I gave up and left.
Minutes later, I tried logging in through the website, and it worked—though I missed out on a $3.00 discount. I’m just frustrated that whoever is responsible for this app pushed an update without properly testing if it actually works.

App not updating member points
I have been having problems with the app not updating points. I used the good to go to order food and pay my cellphone bill with It&e. I went to check my account. Still have the points since Dec 21. And nothing yet for January usage. Please fix this problem. Thank you.
Can’t open app after update

App crashing
Ever since the latest update I’m unable to access the app it will show the display screen of pacificpoints and then it will just go to a blank white screen

After the current update on IOS apps is just a blank screen. Admin please take a look. Might be just a compatibility issue. Thank you.
nov 2024 update not working
a pop up asks me to update and I did just to have a white screen no matter how much I restart the app and reinstall it

Doesn’t work
Been trying to activate my account for 2 days and it never sends the email. It sent the email once but it took so long that the activation link expired. Been sitting here for 5 minutes trying to refresh my email and its not my internet either. Doing this bcs shell’s point system is going to expire on dec the 1st and will be replaced by this app. They could have perfected it first! Not happy at all
