Saved us hours of work!
This app has increased our efficiency ten fold. We are required to log a specific set of packages on a daily basis. Before Package Zen we were required to log, then manually enter into an excel sheet every package that arrived daily and send off a monthly report. This included date, receiver, address of sender, tracking #, date, and carrier. Occasionally we would receive 20+ packages a day that would need to be tracked this way. Package Zen has turned this from a tedious task into a simple photo. Not only has this saved us time, but the ability to track packages after receiving has helped us out quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this app to anyone who has a large number of packages to track, or who is looking to free up some time from the mail room.

Great App
This has saved us a TON of time at work logging incoming packages! We used to have to type manually into Excel, so we’ve greatly appreciated this, as well as being able to access records of what we’ve scanned.

A Shipping & Receiving that makes my life easier
If you’re looking for an App that actually tracks your packages at check in’s & check out’s, this is the App for you not only will it make your life easier for Shipping & Receiving but it also helps you keep track of where, who, what was released. If you need to obtain signatures you can easily do that, if you need to add notes to your check out event, the App allows that. Outside of just the app of the phone if you do use the desktop version on a computer you receive so much more information you don’t see that App doing in the background. The desktop version will take your photos from the check in events, and collect all the data and gives you a view of your label, time of checked in, company or individual name, and tracking number. There is also an advance search feature that has come in hand more than once when a package I received goes “missing” not only am I able to confirm that I did receive that item but I can also pull up the details of when I dropped it off and will show name, location, time & date, additional notes (if added), & show’s signature as well. Overall this App has a lot to offer would definitely try the 30 day trial to get a feel for the program. It is literally not harder than taking a photo for Instagram.

Where has this been my whole life?
Package delivery has been an unnecessary point of friction until PackageZen. The user workflow is intuitive with great alerts abs information at my fingertip.
the only actually AUTOMATED one
I've used 5 or 6 different package mailroom tracking apps working at reception and this is the only one that is actually AUTOMATED. As in take a picture and move on to the next thing without interruption.
Everything else out there is kinda sorta maybe automated. The other 5 or so apps I've used let you scan a picture, but then you have to wait to see if the app grabbed the text right, and if the writing on the box isn't pristine you get to type it all manually. I might as well just type from the jump if I have to wait!

Also, the actual picture when something gets checked out has bailed me out so many times when someone forgets they picked something up. I just show them the check out picture and I'm in the clear.

Amazing for hotel FoH
I manage foh and dealing with guest packages is finally smooth now. It picks up names of guests automatically from the photo even if the person isnt in our PMS which is just mind blowing.
So simple that our seasonal staff are trained up in about a minute.

Cannot log in following iOS 13 update
Login fails across multiple iOS 13 devices.

Hi Elan - Your property manager removed your account access. That is why you can no longer log in. To log in to the Package Zen App you'll need to have your property manager reactivate your staff access to your company's Package Zen account. This app it's completely waste of time...!! Don't have a option to register at all... not recommended to anyone!!

Apple’s App Store rules (3.1.1) do not allow us to provide in app signup if we do not collect payment in the app. As a professional service, in app payment is a poor fit with how our corporate customers wish to pay for our service. big timesaver
We used to spend a few hours dealing with 50 or so packages a day at our office. It now takes our receptionist 5 maybe 10 min. Employees are happy. The notifications with pics have put an end to "is it here yet" phone calls. Great service.
Awesome way to get packages
Finding out that packages have been waiting at the front desk for days is a pain. With Package Zen, I receive a photo of the package that's waiting for me, so I know it hasn't been lost, who it's from and where to find it.
