Unreliable company

I’m staying in Atlanta where my host didn’t pay the light bill so for the past four days I have been sitting in the dark. I have called PadSplit multiple times and they pretty much just told me there’s nothing that they can do. I wouldn’t rely on this company because even though I sitting in the dark, I still have to pay weekly rent at least if you were in an apartment they would do something for you rather than just tell you there’s nothing that they can do. I would suggest other platforms. This is coming from someone who is still currently sitting in the dark.

Super convenient for last minute places

I moved from Florida to Texas and found a spot in a week after approval. Super helpful and the process is easy . Find a spot you like, apply, have the income to support it and talk to landlord. It allows a free one time switch if you don’t like it as well.

Don’t sign up anyone

I had gotten someone else referred to PadSplit and they stiffed me on the $250 referral bonus even after I sent them proof that they asked for be careful with these guys

Need to fix it

It auto paid my rent while I have no funds. I never turned it on

No worth it

I wouldn’t refer anyone to used PadSplit at all this is my first time using it if you a person who needs a payment plan on your rent or more time to get it paid PadSplit isn’t for you the host is hard to get in contact with maybe because they host more homes the customer service team or rude I understand you guys Might be getting more phone calls from anger residents and also they really don’t work with you with the rent you have to file a claim for the host to approve it not good at all by the time they get to it your account might be gone.

Blessing

PadSplit through me a lifeline in a time of need. My roommates are respectful, the owner is responsive, and it’s been a blessing I’ll never forget.

Awesome

Very Affordable

Awesome

I thank God for PadSplit, providing security and a place that you can fill safe to rest.

I can dig it.

Just moved in so far so good. Room was clean. Full bath walkin closet and TV. Full size bed. Very comfortable. I like it

PadSplit app

The app has been buffering for like a week nor haven’t been able to use app

Not loading

App sucks on boot screen after update.

House Chat

House chat not loading.

House chat

House chat isn’t working on the app, it’s just blank. No mail is coming to the house because there’s abandoned cars blocking the mailbox that’s said to have been there going on two years. It’s a shame

Terrible photo verification

The most buggy and unusable photo verification I’ve ever used in my life. Bar none

Constant crashing

Can’t sign up for the application because the app just keeps resetting itself

Not safe for women

This app is a good idea for people that need help getting on there feet but this is very unsafe for women I moved in a house that had 5 men in it and wasn’t informed about it until the day of move in I wouldn’t recommend this to any woman very unsafe and uncomfortable

Housemate and host

Overall the app is okay . I just feels as though it should be another step padsplit should take when housemates that lived in home for a long time take an advantage of homes and don’t clean up the home because of seniority and the host doesn’t do anything about it . Or it will be best to have a certain year length in a home . To give other members a chance to live in the home and give the host time to actually deep clean they home and throw any stuff food , clothes etc from previous housemates out instead it sitting in the house catching dust and mold.

Locked out of room and host isn’t helpful

I was locked out of my room due to their electronic lock system and was asked to wait for 2 days for help. I didn’t have access to any of my stuff or clothes. Terrible service.

Run

I genuinely need a place to stay. Was walked through the process by onboarding… host wants to cancel or says they do.. & I haven’t gotten any resolution. I’m out almost 400 and still have to find a place to lay me and my toddlers head

You guys host are uncaring and predatory people

I’m gonna start burning down the homes I find on the app and the one I use to live at. You guys don’t follow Arizona 30 days eviction notice especially when they been paying for rent.

I’m gonna start finding your host and murdering them.
