Horrible
This is a horrible app. Unable to even login. I have changed my password 3 times, reinstalled the app, reboot my phone and still shows error msg “poor connection”. Wonder poor connection to what, since I have great wifi connectivity and I am able to get my other awesome apps to work. Totally a waste of time and money with the app and watches which quality is very questionable.

Requires a qR code and the box the product came in didn’t have one - no idea how to set up an app with faulty packaging!

Was able to get the app and get it downloaded but am unable to find the game to download.. How do I find this app so my kids are able to challenge each other to get the most out of this??? Please help
Can’t even register
Downloaded the app, but no matter what email address we use to register, it says “failed to send verification email”. This makes this product fairly useless, as we can’t change any settings without this broken app.
