Major trouble

Hi why does the game keep reloading it’s self. And it’s very very slow when you have finished a game and half the games do not load

There are a huge number of puzzles that do nothing when I click on them to play. They simply make me wait and then kick me out. Almost every puzzle not finished are not available. I’m running out of puzzles and may have to cancel my membership.
