I loved this app for many years, however you go days or weeks with no new content. Not worth the subscription anymore. I cancelled and will be looking for another

Hi why does the game keep reloading it’s self. And it’s very very slow when you have finished a game and half the games do not load

There are a huge number of puzzles that do nothing when I click on them to play. They simply make me wait and then kick me out. Almost every puzzle not finished are not available. I’m running out of puzzles and may have to cancel my membership.

☹️ Disappointed
I really loved this ap and several years ago I paid for the full year. Really enjoyed the benefits of subscribing with receiving new pictures at least once or twice a week. After awhile, I let the subscription expire. Recently I decided to buy the full subscription again so I could enjoy the new pictures. Have had the subscription for over a month and I haven’t received ANY new pictures! What’s going on? Are you out of business but still accepting money? Sounds like deceptive marketing to me. I know there’s no way to get my money back, but maybe other players will see this and save their money.

Love this art game!! I play it everyday and it helps with my stress!!! Wish they would send more new ones every day!!! It is better than all the other coloring games!! Love it!!

I love this App just wish it had a section for puzzles that are started so I wouldn’t have to scroll down to find it. A section just like the finished ones would be helpful
No new pictures for almost a year!
I paid for this app for the last 3 years, it’s gone down the tubes. No new pictures for almost a year. It used to be fantastic, beautiful pictures, complex puzzles. Now it’s useless and totally locked. You used to get 4 new pictures a day, even if you didn’t pay for the app. Now nothing….. you ruined a great app. Now it horrible… very disappointed!!!

I love these pictures and how challenging they are (when the numbers are removed) However, there haven’t been any new ones in a while and many are inaccessible even though I pay for the membership

I pay annually for this app and gladly do so. I assume it helps pay for updates and to thank the developer for creating this. In the past year I’ve noticed a dramatic drop off in new pieces. And the pieces they have put out look like they’re designed for 12 year old girls - very cutsie cartoonish stuff. They used to produce lovely landscapes and old master copies. Bring those back.
I’d also like to see some kind of scrolling/elevator button. Trying to scroll to older un-colored pieces is like spinning forever. If we could just grab an elevator button and drag down….just saying.

Lazy AI images
I have played this game for many years now and have really enjoyed it. However, it seems the creators have shifted to using AI to generate the images (uncanny looking animals, obvious AI-generated decisions that a human wouldn't make, etc) which severely dampens my enjoyment of the game. As an artist myself, I have played this game to relax with beautiful art, but now it feels like lazy slop, which is a disrespect to the users (especially who pay for premium, which should be high quality content). The use of AI is so blatant and unpleasant to look at.
Since this app was very high quality before the AI boom, I hope that maybe the creators can distinguish themselves from AI slop games and go back to drawing the images themselves. (But who knows, maybe they were still stealing art all along.)

No new pictures
Please help… I pay for the app and in the beginning it would give me new pictures almost daily. Then it stopped. What can I do to fix it. It is a fun app but doesn’t seem to be working right.
