trying to find colors to paint the exterior of my house and first of all this app is hard to use because you open it up and there’s no type of direction! Finally figure out I have to take a picture of my house. I can’t use a picture. I’ve already taken so I go outside. Add the color on the app and I go to add color to the trim and every time I touch the trim it color the entire house😜🤷♀️👎🏼

Sounds like a really frustrating first try with the app. To clarify, you *can* load photos you've already taken from your gallery, which might save you a trip outside! On the trim issue, the tap-to-fill can definitely over-grab on detailed edges. For precision work like that, the polygon or lasso selection tools are much better at letting you define exact areas. Hope that helps if you decide to give it another go.

That's really frustrating to be charged when you were expecting a free trial. Free trials are typically for first-time users, so a repeat trial will bill immediately. The App Store shows the exact charge in the final purchase confirmation. For refunds, Apple handles those directly: reportaproblem.apple.com is the fastest path. Sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and request a refund.

It's a fair point that houses usually have multiple colors for trim and walls, and you can definitely do that in the app. The trick is to select each area separately using the polygon or lasso tools for precision, then apply the color. Hope that helps make it more useful for you!
