About

PainTrack 3D is a private pain journal for recording pain and flares, reviewing your history, and preparing a clearer record for appointments. Simple check-ins and a calendar help you look back at what you recorded. No account or subscription. A QUICK CHECK-IN • Say whether you are in a flare. • Choose the general areas where you feel pain, or choose No pain. • Save. Notes are optional. • No flare can still mean you have pain. • Record another observation whenever you need to. Quick check-ins have no daily limit. • Unfinished check-ins save on your device. Correct saved entries while preserving their original time and earlier versions. YOUR CALENDAR, FIRST • Open the app directly to your calendar. • See recorded flare, no-flare pain, and no-pain observations by date. • Tap a day to review its entries and notes. • A day without an entry stays unrecorded. One check-in does not describe an entire day. • Create an appointment summary, with notes included only when you choose. MORE DETAIL WHEN YOU WANT IT The detailed 3D body map and front-and-back map remain available as optional tools. Saved detailed maps keep their original locations and categories. Detailed pain-frequency maps use those mapped observations; general-area check-ins appear in your calendar and appointment summary. YOUR JOURNAL, YOUR CHOICE Check-ins, drafts, earlier versions, body locations, notes, and preferences stay locally on your device. Choose optional reminders without streak targets or missed-day penalties. Save a password-protected encrypted backup and restore it into an empty PainTrack 3D journal. Keep both the file and its password; PainTrack 3D cannot recover them for you. Backups and appointment summaries leave the app only when you choose to save or share them. The destination or recipient you select then controls that copy. No user accounts, journal backend, cloud sync, ads, analytics, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. The optional public support form does not receive or prefill your journal data and is described in the Privacy Policy. PainTrack 3D records user-reported observations. It does not diagnose, treat, measure vital signs, or provide emergency services. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
