Disastrous and rubbish
Shameful that the Pakistani Hajj Mission would launch such a poor and unproven app to book a spiritual journey of a lifetime. There are so many errors within this app that I can’t even begin to list them - and ultimately, we were unable to book our Hajj :(
Not Working to pay advance payment
Its not working to get advance payments,system is failed to login so what can its doing in future with HAJIES . 😒

Such a shame that a country as large as Pakistan, which sends hundreds of thousands of pilgrims for Hajj every year, has failed to provide an app that works properly. Instead of making the Hajj journey easier, the app creates unnecessary stress and frustration.
The app is slow, unreliable, and frequently fails when users need it most. Many essential features don’t work consistently, making it difficult for pilgrims—especially elderly people and those who are not familiar with technology—to access important information.
Hajj is one of the most important journeys in a Muslim’s life. Pilgrims deserve a reliable, user-friendly, and well-tested application. The authorities should invest in improving the app so it genuinely serves the people instead of adding to their difficulties.

Thank you for your patience. The iOS app was approved later than expected due to Apple's review policies. The app has now been approved and updated. Please update the app to the latest version and apply for Hajj registration as soon as possible. Thank you, and we wish you the best of luck with your Hajj application.
Login issues
I was excited to use this app. However, the credentials that are requested or not accepted. There is nowhere to ask for help. I went on the website as well and try to submit my complaint to ask for help. And this server keeps crashing. There is no guidance. unable to use the app to review properly. You should have a user-friendly help center to help with login.

Excellent Idea for App
Excellent work it really help me and my family. One suggestion for next time report the hajj complete video and upload it to youtube and add the link in this App so that if someone forget about few things it can be reviewed.
