Bad app. Device binding is a good idea but even when you contact support they can’t sort it out so you update your device no one has the same device all the life time ! Can’t use the service without access

I have served in Pakistan Armed Services Board and know the problem of pensioners very well. They sometimes go through difficult travelling and spend hand some amount of money just to prove that they are alive. Useless App
This app is completely useless. I’ve been trying since this morning to create an account, but I still haven’t received the OTP not on my phone and not even by email. I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Very frustrating and a huge waste of time. Please fix your verification system!
CNIC/NIC renewal challenges
The process of renewing using the Pak ID app is challenging and user unfriendly. You cannot even ask a straight question about why the application is held up or incomplete. Whoever wrote this software should be fired!
Headache
The Pak ID app is incredibly slow. I applied for my NADRA card under the normal process, with a stated turnaround time of 25 days. With only seven days left, my status hasn't been updated and there's been no communication. Additionally, customer support states that complaints can only be filed after the processing time has passed, even though my travel date is approaching. This app is completely unreliable for updates." Would you like to make any adjustments to this?

This app gave me a headache
I need NICOPs so we can travel. This app sucked all the excitement out of our trip. It also reminded us of why we haven’t travelled to this country in a decade.
The app is slow, buggy, and genuinely difficult to understand.
I reached the end of the NICOP form after hours of trying and then it says to validate biometrics from a sibling or parent.
Then when I finally got my brother to do the biometrics, the app crashed. And now the NICOP application says Submitted. But everything is completely frozen.
Did it actually go through? I’m lost.
The state of this app is a reflection on the state of this country. Shame on the government for producing garbage like this in this day and age.

Defective app
This app asks redundant info multiple times & once you have typed in all members seeking pakistan visa, gets stuck on 6/17 keep asking to provide father & mother info & there is no where to type in that info.

There is no option to upload a standard, professionally taken passport-sized photo. The built-in photo-taking process is extremely inconvenient, even when all the provided instructions are followed correctly.
