To much complicated for just a simple ID card. Pakistan teach IT things worldwide but their own app can’t be understandable foreigners. Sprry

Spend hours to renew my child ID but no success. It used to be easy through their website
Freeze and Crash upon ID Verification
I tried verifying my account in the area where you add the NICOP number and that part works fine its when I click out of that and on the issue/birth date input the app freezes and after a bit the whole app crashes, leaving me unable to renew my NICOP. I did this a year ago where the same issue happened before the updates and today I tried again but to no success. When are you going to fix it?

Buggy in so many ways been trying to renew my ID card creating photo for ID does not work on multiple devices. Fingerprint barely works been there for an hour then my account got locked out.

Biometrics verification not working in CRC request
The app Is very useful overall, however I’m just trying to request a new CRC / Form-B for my daughter, but it fails on biometrics verification, the app crashes with no further details.
Please fix this issue asap.

Registration blocks international users
It blocks overseas Pakistani from registration. The app allows foreign phone numbers but expects local Pakistani carriers. What of a user don’t have a Pakistani phone number?

Horrible experience
I’ve been on this app for a miserable 2 months. This past 2 months has just been a constant back and forth with Pak-id where ill send a form in and have it sent back to me to be “corrected” when nothing was wrong in the first place. The app is slow, lacks clear explanation, overall the WORST app ive ever been forced to use. They also make you verify your biometrics EVERY time you log in, just further adding to the frustration. Developers PLEASE fix the app, or bring back the desktop website. I truly have almost never left a review but this app was SO bad I felt obligated to.
