Why can't we just take a simple picture. Why do we have to wait 1 minute for the picture to process and child isn't going to stand and listen when we have to take picture for new application.

Very difficult to fill out the application for new Nicop application. They can not create oak I’d account. Wife applied for him but

Worst renewal NICOP experience
Very horrible experience. The app is very frustrating and poorly designed. The face and fingerprint scanning barely work properly and I had to repeat the same process over and over again. What makes it even worse is that the session keeps timing out, after spending a long time trying to get the scans accepted, you can suddenly lose the entire progress.
There is no user support.

Device Tampered error
Trying to login using an iPhone and it keeps giving me Device tampered error. I am not connected to a VPN or jailbreak my iPhone. Please fix.

i have been using this app but keep saying this device is used for other account, i used for my uncle but i am now no option to make my own account and login to process my card it is annoying i can not use device for other account. it is out of sense. would you please fix this issue so can use for my own account.

I am trying to apply my son cnic its been a year now and they keep asking foreign pass port which is completely not relevant as he don’t have any passport yet
