Unable to upload documents

Very pathetic app . Unable to upload documents despite being the mentioned size. It said that it uploaded successfully but when i open the complaint it shows no attachment.

worst app/ complaint form not working web or mobile app crashes

mobile app is crashing since weeks no update no fix , web application also not allowing to submit form, icons are not even loaded , this shows seriousness of government to resolve citizens issues

Corrupt service

No rule of law corrupt country and service avoid.

Extremely Poor Service & No Response to Complaint

This has become a completely third-class service. Earlier, this application was reliable, fast, and kept customers updated step by step, but now the service is absolutely pathetic.

I submitted my complaint on 7 May, and even after several days there has been no response, no action, and not even a simple update that it has been forwarded to the concerned department.
