Unable to upload documents
Very pathetic app . Unable to upload documents despite being the mentioned size. It said that it uploaded successfully but when i open the complaint it shows no attachment.
worst app/ complaint form not working web or mobile app crashes
mobile app is crashing since weeks no update no fix , web application also not allowing to submit form, icons are not even loaded , this shows seriousness of government to resolve citizens issues

This has become a completely third-class service. Earlier, this application was reliable, fast, and kept customers updated step by step, but now the service is absolutely pathetic.
I submitted my complaint on 7 May, and even after several days there has been no response, no action, and not even a simple update that it has been forwarded to the concerned department.

Useless application
This application is useless and waste of money of government complaints are only forwarding next to next and end result the concerned institution close the complaint without valid reason better to close this application no hope for any solution of any problem

When I open the application, it shows me a grey screen. Slightly on the right of my screen is the homescreen visible.
