Can’t use
This app is useless. It’s an APP. It doesn’t even work with a phone. You can’t read the app, it doesn’t work right. If you’re going to make an app, it has to be useable. Makes no sense.

It’s hit or miss as to whether this app will actually show you your points and comps. Mostly miss
Worst Casino App
I am not even sure what this app is supposed to accomplish. Half the options don’t work such as reserving a hotel room and you also can’t check your tier points to check your status. You are better off bookmarking the website than using this app.

Super user-friendly and I love seeing the promotions they offer to customers. The staff has always been friendly and kind and I’m a new player. Thanks Pala!
The worst
Not sure what the app is supposed to do. Just downloaded the app the other day, logged on and it’s useless. I can access the website easy with it but that shouldn’t be the purpose of the app. I have other casino apps and they are much better than this one.
